    2. Clear access to the area where you want the structure installed.

    3. Ensure you have level ground/ level concrete slab.

    4. Send Helping Hands Household Solutions:

    • the name brand, model and size of your structure,

    • advise if we are: assembling only, or anchoring to your existing concrete slab, or if we are digging/pouring and installing concrete footers.

    5. Measure Your Space. Will the fully-assembled structure fit into the space provided?

    6. Check with your HOA if applicable to gain approval for the installation.

    7. Consider the position your structure based on the sun’s path — morning or afternoon sun can impact comfort and usability.
