We connect standard water lines for fridges, dishwashers and washers, and we handle plug-in electric appliances. Gas connections and brand-new electrical circuits need a qualified plumber or electrician — we’re happy to point you to one.

Yes. Stairs, tight hallways, basements and second floors are all quoted flat-rate up front — no hourly surprises. Just tell us the floor and the path in when you book and we’ll send the right crew and equipment.

Yes. Haul-to-dump is a simple add-on you select when you book, so the old washer, fridge or range leaves with us and you’re not left storing it in the garage.

No — you don’t need to be home. We work with remote entry all the time: plenty of clients unlock the door from their phone, or leave a gate code, garage code, lockbox or smart lock code. A neighbor or property manager letting us in works too. Just tell us how you’d like us to get in when you book, plus a note on where the appliance should go. You’ll get a reminder text the day before and an on-the-way ETA text the day of.

Usually you don’t need one. A few clear photos — the appliance, the model sticker, the doorway or stairs it has to come through, and the spot it’s going — or a quick 30-second video give us everything we need to quote you accurately, often the same day. Text or email them over and we’ll lock your price in. If you’d still like someone to see it in person, CJ does a 30-minute On-Site Consultation & Quote for $50, paid up front when you book. No — we don’t have an hourly rate. Your install is one flat price, set before we start.
Your new appliance came with a price tag, not a stopwatch. Our install works the same way — so the only surprise is how good it looks in its new spot.
Hourly math is optimistic math. Nobody has ever finished a job and said “that took less time than they thought.” And hourly is rarely just hourly — there’s usually a two-hour minimum, a fuel add-on, another fee if it turns out to need two people. A flat rate means one number. All of it. After 25 years we don’t estimate how long this takes. We know.
