How do I book?
Tap any gift above to see open times and book it online. Several gifts? Build your bundle to see your total and save. You can also see every service on our Book Now page. A 20% deposit holds your date.
Do you assemble Christmas gifts before the holiday?
Yes. Book a time before your gathering and we'll have the toys, tech and big gifts built, tested and ready, so you're not up all night with an instruction booklet.
Can you build a gift without the kids seeing it?
Yes. You can book while the kids are at school, or have us build in the garage or a spare room. Tell us in the booking notes and we'll keep it a surprise.
Do you work Christmas Eve and Christmas Day?
Yes. Holiday dates fill up fast, so book as early as you can.
How do I know which size or tier to book?
Look at the box or the product page: dollhouses go by height, massage chairs by the number of boxes, bed bases by size, and swing sets and playhouses by the build time printed on the box (find yours with the swing set and playhouse size finder). Not sure which one you have? Text us the brand and model before your visit and we'll confirm your price, so you know it up front. If the item turns out to be a different size than the one you booked, your crew lead will show you the difference and update the price before starting. No surprises.
My gift was delivered to the curb, porch or garage. Can you carry it inside?
Yes. Massage chair prices already include carrying it in from your garage, porch or front door. For saunas, carrying it in from the garage, driveway or curb is an add-on you pick when you book: +$95 with no stairs, +$145 with stairs or an elevator. For other heavy gifts, the add-on and its price show on that item's booking page, so you see the full price before you book.
Can you pick up a gift from the store and bring it to my home?
Yes. Book pickup and delivery, and add assembly so it's ready when you get home.
Do you set up Christmas trees and holiday decor?
Yes, indoors: we assemble and decorate artificial trees and set up indoor decor. We don't hang lights of any kind or set up outdoor decor.
