Shed Assembly FAQ

  • Yes, as an add-on to your shed assembly:

    • Sheds up to 10x10 ft — $350

    • Sheds from 12x12 to 16x20 ft — $425

    We build a sturdy shed floor from your pre-treated, weatherized lumber. Before we arrive, the lumber must be on site and already cut to size — we do not cut lumber.

    Floor kit came in your shed box? No add-on needed — we install it at no extra charge as part of the shed.

    Not sure which option fits? Text us a link to your shed if you ordered it online (it shows us the exact brand, model and size) — or just send a photo.

  • Rubbermaid, Suncast, Lifetime, Arrow and Keter prefabricated kits — resin, metal and wood. We do not assemble Heartland brand sheds.

  • Usually you don’t need that. Send us the product link or a photo of the kit box, plus a few shots of the spot it’s going — the surface, how level it is, and the gate or side-yard access — and we can quote you accurately, often the same day. If you’d still like someone to walk the yard in person, CJ does a 30-minute On-Site Consultation & Quote for $50, paid up front when you book. Those slots fill several days out, so photos are usually the faster way to a firm price: Book an on-site consultation

  • Yes. Your shed needs a solid, level base before we arrive, such as a concrete slab, level pavers or a shed floor. If the ground under it isn’t level, the walls can shift and the doors may not line up or close properly, and assembly can’t fix that. Not sure if your spot is level? Text us a few photos of the area before your appointment and we’ll let you know.
