Can you take apart and move my existing equipment?

Yes! We disassemble, move and reassemble, whether it’s room to room, upstairs, garage to house, or to a new home. Just let us know before your appointment so we can give you an accurate quote. Moving and disassembly are priced separately from assembly.

Can you haul away my old equipment?

Yes. Tell us before your appointment so we can plan truck space and include the haul-away fee in your quote. Haul-away starts at $165.

How much does exercise equipment assembly cost?

Assembly starts at $95 per piece for items like stationary bikes and weight benches. Treadmills and ellipticals start at $145, and home gyms start at $235. Moving one piece within your home starts at $265, or $295 with stairs. Your flat-rate price is confirmed before booking.

Can you move a heavy treadmill up or down stairs?

Yes, including commercial-grade treadmills. Stairs can add to the price, so send us the model and a photo of the stairs and we’ll include it in your quote.

What happens after it's built?

We test it, show you how it works, and set it up in the room where we built it. As one customer put it, the crew was “friendly and patient as they showed me how to use my new workout equipment.” (Tricia H.) If you’d like it moved to a different room afterward, just tell us ahead of time, since an extra charge may apply.

What do you need from me before you arrive?

The model name or product link, photos of the space (plus stairs or tight turns if we’re moving it), and whether you need haul-away. That’s it!

What exercise equipment don't you install?

We want every job done right, so here’s what we don’t take on: drilling into garage floors or concrete slabs, including floor-mounted punching bag stands, floor anchors for double-end or floor-to-ceiling bags, and racks that must be bolted to the floor (wall-mounted power racks are no problem, from $245); and wall-mounted smart gyms like Tonal or Mirror, since these brands use their own certified installers and an outside install can affect your warranty. Want a punching bag without drilling? Two no-drill options work great: a freestanding punching bag with a water- or sand-filled base instead of a bolted-down stand, or a water- or sand-filled floor anchor instead of drilling for a double-end or floor-to-ceiling bag. Text us the model for a quote. You supply the sand; for water, you’ll need a hose that reaches the spot where the bag will stay.
