Yes. Tell us before your appointment so we can plan truck space and include the haul-away fee in your quote. Haul-away starts at $165.

Assembly starts at $75 per piece for simple items like bike racks, benches and mini trampolines. Stationary bikes are $95, rowing machines $135, treadmills and ellipticals $145, home gyms $235 to $585 depending on the system, and indoor saunas start at $375. Your flat-rate price is confirmed before booking.

Yes, including commercial-grade treadmills. Within your home, a folding treadmill is $285 ($345 with stairs), and a regular non-folding treadmill or elliptical is $345 ($385 with stairs). StairMasters, Peloton Treads and commercial treadmills need a 3-person crew: $965 ($1,045 with stairs). Send us the model and a photo of the stairs so everything is included in your price.

We want every job done right, so here’s what we don’t take on:

• Drilling into garage floors or concrete slabs. This includes floor-mounted punching bag stands, floor anchors for double-end or floor-to-ceiling bags, and racks that must be bolted to the floor.

Want a punching bag without drilling? Two no-drill options work great: a freestanding punching bag with a water- or sand-filled base instead of a bolted-down stand, or a water- or sand-filled floor anchor instead of drilling for a double-end or floor-to-ceiling bag. Text us the model for a quote.

• Sand: you supply the sand.

• Water: you’ll need a hose that reaches the spot where the bag will stay.

• We fill it in its final spot. Once it’s filled, it’s too heavy to move.

• Tonal, Mirror and other wall-mounted smart gyms. These brands use their own certified installers, and an outside install can affect your warranty.

Yes. We bring every tool and piece of hardware needed for the job, so you don’t need to have anything ready but the equipment.

No. You don’t need to be home. Just arrange access to the space and let us know where the equipment is before your appointment.

Yes, wherever you bought it. We assemble exercise equipment from Amazon, Costco, Walmart, Rogue, Peloton and more, as long as all the parts and instructions are in the box.

Yes, for an extra fee starting at $35. Just let us know when you book so we can plan truck space.

• Do you have all the boxes (e.g., Box 1 of 3, Box 2 of 3, Box 3 of 3)?

• Are the boxes damaged from shipping? 📦

• Is the contents of the box damaged or bent?

If we cannot perform the service due to damaged, bent, missing parts/boxes, or missing assembly directions, the remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
