Our assembly techs arrive with everything the build calls for: cordless drills and impact drivers, full bit and Allen-key sets, levels, tape measures, rubber mallets, stud finders, ladders and more. Your furniture box already has the parts and hardware, and we bring the tools and the skill to put them together right.

Not at all. Choose whatever works best for you:

• Be there: watch the build, ask questions and do a final walk-through with the crew before we call it done.

• Share a code or key: a smart lock, keypad or garage code, or a key in a lockbox.

• Apartment or condo: arrange access through your front desk, leasing office or property manager.

• Someone you trust: a neighbor, family member or house sitter can let us in.

If you won’t be home: you can reach us by phone or text anytime during your appointment. When we finish, we’ll send photos or a video of your finished furniture, and we’re happy to walk you through it on a quick video call. We just ask that you stay reachable by phone or text during the appointment for any questions, and to pay your balance once we’re done.

If we cannot perform the service due to damaged, bent, missing parts/boxes, or missing assembly directions, the remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
