Hiding TV wires
- Hidden inside the wall: indoor drywall only, with a working outlet within 6 ft of the TV, not above a fireplace.
- On-wall cord covers: we bring white or off-white covers for drywall; for any other wall color, or wood- or bamboo-look walls, you provide matching cover strips (sold online) and we install them.
- No wire hiding on stucco, brick, stone, block or tile walls, or for ceiling-mounted TVs.
- Ceiling mounts: we don't bring them; have yours there and we'll install it.
- TVs above a fireplace: we mount them, but wires can't be hidden there.

Payment, Access and Good to Know
Paying
- Zelle or cash: no fee.
- PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, a secure checkout link, or card by phone (with an emailed receipt): 4% fee.
- We never accept checks.
- A 20% deposit holds the date.
- Multi-day packages: 75% of the remaining balance on Day 1, and the final 25% on Day 2.
- One-day visits: the full remaining balance on Day 1.
Getting in
You don't need to be there. Any of these works:
- A lockbox
- A smart lock code
- A neighbor or property manager lets us in
- Remote unlock
If no one can let us in within 35 minutes of arrival, the visit counts as a cancellation and the 20% deposit is kept.
Late or damaged items
- If an item arrives after your setup day(s), or arrives damaged from shipping, we come back once to finish it, free, within 30 days of Day 1. After 30 days, it's a new visit with a new 20% deposit at the listed price.
- Removing an item after booking doesn't lower the price.
What we don't do

Patio sets, grills, fire pits and game room pieces are what guests photograph and remember. The larger packages include them, and anything extra can be added at our listed prices.

What isn't included in a package?

I live out of state. Do I need to fly in?
No. A lockbox, a smart lock code, a neighbor or property manager can let us in, or you can unlock remotely. At the end we do a final walk-through with you on a quick video call (FaceTime, WhatsApp or Google Meet, whatever works on your phone). Ship your orders to the rental, and if you'd like us there when they arrive, book a delivery receiving visit before your setup day.

Yes. You get one insured team and one point of contact for every unit, with the same flat package prices at each property. A certificate of insurance for your HOA is available on request.
Where do you work?
Phoenix, Scottsdale and the rest of Maricopa County, plus Northern Pinal County. We're open every day, 6am to 9pm, including holidays.
