• Are the boxes damaged from shipping?
• Is the contents of the box damaged or bent?
If we cannot perform the service due to damaged, bent, missing parts, or missing assembly directions, the remaining balance is due at that time.
Next Step: Contact the Office when you have the correct parts or instructions, and share a picture before we reschedule. No extra fees will be incurred for us to return and complete the service/assembly.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once your appointment is confirmed, we reserve your date, time, crew, and equipment — and turn away other bookings.Need to reschedule?
You’ll just need to start fresh: cancel the original appointment, submit a new deposit, and pick a new date and time.What if I’m not home when you arrive?

If we can’t get in (no one home, door not answered, access code doesn’t work), we’ll try to reach you:

Wait up to 35 minutes for a response
If we still can’t reach you or get access, we’ll have to cancel the appointment, and unfortunately the deposit will be forfeited.

We provide assembly, installation, moving of heavy items and handyman services for both residential and commercial clients. We work with apartment complexes, Airbnb hosts, realtors, property management firms, colleges, labs and more. Some of the services we provide include:
Outdoor Structure Installation: gazebo, pergola, pavilion, trampoline, shed, swing, basketball goal, car port, etc.
Furniture and Exercise Equipment Assembly: all furniture assembly including IKEA, complete home gyms, treadmills, ellipticals, saunas, steam rooms, etc.
Light Handyman Services: change lightbulbs, change air filters, replace smoke detectors & batteries, install smart locks, install wireless ring devices/wireless cameras, hang indoor blinds & curtains, install outdoor retractable shades, hang art work and home decor, etc.
Local Moving, Loading & Delivery: full moves with our truck, in-home moves, loading your POD, delivery from auctions, heavy/oversized/fragile item moving, piano moves, safe moves, etc.
Appliance Installation & Moving: install electric range stoves, install dishwasher, install faucets, install showerheads, install washing machine and dryers, install refrigerator, install Subzero/built-in fridges, add pedestals, dryer plug change, etc.
TV Mounting: mounting TVs on wall or in ceiling up to 98”, conceal wires behind wall or on top of wall with raceways, mount on many surfaces stucco, drywall, concrete, brick, shiplap, projector screen installation , soundbar mounting, we sell mounts & can use yours instead, etc.
