  • Supply your zip code and cross‑streets, list the items to be moved or assembled (including brand, model and link if available), specify the size of your home or truck capacity, provide the desired date and time, and send pictures or videos of the items.

  • We totally get that life happens — but when you book with us, that time is locked in just for you.

    All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    Once your appointment is confirmed, we reserve your date, time, crew, and equipment — and turn away other bookings.

    Need to reschedule?
    You’ll just need to start fresh: cancel the original appointment, submit a new deposit, and pick a new date and time.

    What if I’m not home when you arrive?

    No worries — we’ll always keep you in the loop!

    Here’s how it works:

    • You’ll get a reminder text the day before

    • On the day, we’ll send a “we’re on the way” text with an ETA

    • If we can’t get in (no one home, door not answered, access code doesn’t work), we’ll try to reach you:

      • Call and leave a voicemail

      • Send a follow-up text

      • Wait up to 35 minutes for a response

    If we still can’t reach you or get access, we’ll have to cancel the appointment, and unfortunately the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Please inspect your shipment before your appointment.

    • Do you have all the boxes (e.g., Box 1 of 3, Box 2 of 3, Box 3 of 3)?

    • Are the boxes damaged from shipping?

    • Is the contents of the box damaged or bent?

    If we cannot perform the service due to damaged, bent, missing parts, or missing assembly directions, the remaining balance is due at that time.

    Next Step: Contact the Office when you have the correct parts or instructions, and share a picture before we reschedule. We provide one complimentary return visit within 30 days of your original appointment. After the 30-day window, a standard travel fee will apply.
